A SIMPLE GUIDE TO DAILY SKINCARE NO MATTER YOUR SKIN TYPE!
Posted by Lawal Remilekun on
From all my years in skincare, the most recurring questions has been "how do I choose a routine"? "I don't have a routine, what do I do"?
The best skincare results happen with consistency and you can only build consistency by following routines religiously.
What to consider when picking routines:
- Keep it simple. Don't overload your day to day routine with products. Start with simple cleanse, exfoliate, treat, moisturise, protect guidelines.
- Avoid copying other people's routines. Don't buy products just because it sounds nice. Read about it and make sure it would suit your skin concerns. Most especially, send a message to us before purchase for product guide.
- Be disciplined. Test a product for any reactions on a part of your skin first before use. It's called a patch test.
- Give products time to work. Don't switch products too soon in your routine. At least 4-6 weeks. Some products may take longer to work so be patient.
- Be flexible. Be willing to make adjustments to your routine where necessary.
[See chart for oily skin, dry skin, clear skin & acne prone skin.
This chart has been prepared using BSG® products in the product suggestions. Please note that this doesn't replace a physicians prescription. It should only serve as a guide.
Vitamins & Zinc supplements would go a long way to improve your skin. Get a dermatologist's recommendation to confirm adding supplements to your routine]

LOOKING FOR A RELIABLE RECOVERY HACKER FOR HIRE CAPTAINWEBGENESIS
Do you need assistance reporting a Bitcoin scammer in order to get your money back, retrieving stolen bitcoin wallets, or recovering cryptocurrency that was taken by scammers? Dealing with a reliable Fast, cyber recovery service that can retrieve money embezzled by thieves, is the safest course of action. I tried a number of different recovery agencies to get my money back after losing $180,000 to a fraudulent internet investment organisation, but most of them just wanted more money from me. I learned about CAPTAINWEBGENESIS from my former coworker, got in touch with the expert and he was able to get my money after seeing my records. Many thanks JUDE.
