A SIMPLE GUIDE TO DAILY SKINCARE NO MATTER YOUR SKIN TYPE!
Posted by Lawal Remilekun on
From all my years in skincare, the most recurring questions has been "how do I choose a routine"? "I don't have a routine, what do I do"?
The best skincare results happen with consistency and you can only build consistency by following routines religiously.
What to consider when picking routines:
- Keep it simple. Don't overload your day to day routine with products. Start with simple cleanse, exfoliate, treat, moisturise, protect guidelines.
- Avoid copying other people's routines. Don't buy products just because it sounds nice. Read about it and make sure it would suit your skin concerns. Most especially, send a message to us before purchase for product guide.
- Be disciplined. Test a product for any reactions on a part of your skin first before use. It's called a patch test.
- Give products time to work. Don't switch products too soon in your routine. At least 4-6 weeks. Some products may take longer to work so be patient.
- Be flexible. Be willing to make adjustments to your routine where necessary.

Vitamins & Zinc supplements would go a long way to improve your skin. Get a dermatologist's recommendation to confirm adding supplements to your routine]

Google AI has caused me more problems than it has solved. I was connected to a cryptocurrency trader through Google AI and lost my hard-earned money to a scam. If it weren’t for the assistance of Lord Meduza, whom my sister-in-law recommended to me, I wouldn’t have been able to win the $435 MILLION Mega Millions Lottery. My life could have taken a drastic turn due to the overwhelming bills I faced after being cheated by the crypto traders. Lord Meduza utilized his extraordinary spell powers to determine the perfect six numbers I needed to win the Mega Millions Lottery, and I followed his instructions to play those numbers. I am incredibly thankful for the support, love, and kindness he has shown, which is beyond measure. Hire a Bitcoin Recovery Expert Solution: Best Crypto Recovery Services:
Please be careful when individuals solicit your funds or when investment platforms promise extraordinary gains. Approximately one month ago, I identified an opportunity to invest in cryptocurrency. I reached out to a broker I had seen featured in YouTube videos and proceeded to invest a substantial amount, roughly $787,000, which I transferred in Bitcoin. My account was subsequently frozen, and I was asked to provide additional funds before being permitted to withdraw, which made me aware that I had been defrauded. I happened to encounter a Google listing for DUNE NECTAR WEB EXPERT; placing some trust in myself, I contacted them without delay, explained my circumstances, and forwarded all relevant information I possessed. In less than 48 hours, my Bitcoin was successfully traced, reclaimed, and recovered back to my wallet. Kudos to the team of DUNE NECTAR WEB EXPERT for their professionalism and honesty. Hello everyone, my husband and I had already given up hope of ever getting cured from herpes. We tried so many treatments, went to different doctors, and kept getting prescribed the same medications that just didn’t work for me. Then one day, I came across a post online from someone talking about Dr. Phillip Healer. She said his herbal remedies had helped her, so I decided to reach out. From the very first conversation, he gave us hope. He prepared some herbal medicine and explained exactly how to take it. We followed his instructions carefully. At first, I wasn’t sure if it was working, but my husband encouraged me to let us go get tested again, and to our surprise, the results came out clear and negative. I’m so grateful to Dr. Phillip Healer for helping me. If you’re struggling with herpes, you can reach out to him via email: drphillipherbalsolution@gmail.com His herbal medicine is a total game changer and a life saver that made a real difference for me.
