A SIMPLE GUIDE TO DAILY SKINCARE NO MATTER YOUR SKIN TYPE!
Posted by Lawal Remilekun on
From all my years in skincare, the most recurring questions has been "how do I choose a routine"? "I don't have a routine, what do I do"?
The best skincare results happen with consistency and you can only build consistency by following routines religiously.
What to consider when picking routines:
- Keep it simple. Don't overload your day to day routine with products. Start with simple cleanse, exfoliate, treat, moisturise, protect guidelines.
- Avoid copying other people's routines. Don't buy products just because it sounds nice. Read about it and make sure it would suit your skin concerns. Most especially, send a message to us before purchase for product guide.
- Be disciplined. Test a product for any reactions on a part of your skin first before use. It's called a patch test.
- Give products time to work. Don't switch products too soon in your routine. At least 4-6 weeks. Some products may take longer to work so be patient.
- Be flexible. Be willing to make adjustments to your routine where necessary.

This chart has been prepared using BSG® products in the product suggestions. Please note that this doesn't replace a physicians prescription. It should only serve as a guide.
Vitamins & Zinc supplements would go a long way to improve your skin. Get a dermatologist's recommendation to confirm adding supplements to your routine]

Hello everyone I Lost my Money to scammers but not anymore
Well, who would have believed this. When I saw a comment
by one Allison babara, I thought it was one of the Scammers
ways to convince someone. Looking at his comment, I saw
an element of doubt since he was telling stories. Well I did it
50/50 which means I can’t lose my money to any scammer
again. I contacted the email on the testimony of Allison?
Babara (rickatmcardoffer@gmail.com) and I was
replied immediately. I was shocked but I didn’t lose my stand.
I asked them to give me proof to be sure they are not
scammers like others that I have met before and they sent me
a proof. Then I requested to get my card which they sent to
me in Germany in just 3 days. Am happy now because I have?
recovered my cash I lost to scammers. My first withdrawal?
was €30,000 and I couldn’t believe my eyes until I confirmed?
their word which says that I can withdraw up €99,000, in a
month. WorldblankatmSolution? are real because I got my?
card in just 3 days when I requested for one. Contact their
mail (rickatmcardoffer@gmail.com) for yours. They
didn’t scam me.

I promised Great Dr. Odunga to post this testimony and I really want to say “Thank You” to everyone who supported me through the years. My name is Manuel Franco, New Berlin, Wisconsin. My story of how I won the Powerball lottery of $768.4M is a bit of a tale. I was feeling very lucky that day because I had contacted Great Odunga to help me with the winning Powerball numbers. I really had that great great feeling that I looked at the camera wanting to wink at it. I only did a tiny part of it when he told me he would give me the numbers and trusted him. He gave me the numbers after I played a couple other tickets along with it for $10. I checked my ticket after the winnings came online and saw the numbers were correct including the Power play. I screamed for about 10 minutes because it felt like a dream coming into reality. I had won $768.4M. Thank you Great Odunga. Well, his email is odungaspelltemple@gmail.com and you can also call his Phone Number or Whats-app him at +2348167159012
Good Morning!! My name is Justin Simporios from Canada. My daughter was unable to walk for several months after an accident that required her to have surgery. Because I haven’t won the Lotto I’ve been playing for so long, I haven’t been able to pay for the surgery. A friend online recommended Dr Spiritual to me and he deserves a really, really big THANK YOU. This man chose to help me with a lottery spell and he gave me the precise numbers to play the Canada Lotto Max Lottery. After two weeks, I was proclaimed the winner of $80 MILLION DOLLARS. Now, my daughter will be able to walk once more after so much time as her surgery is now completely funded. My victory marks the biggest win for a single ticket in Lotto Max history in Canada.. I still can’t believe it, Indeed there’s none like Dr Spiritual. Although if you want your EX LOVER back he can help you too so get in touch with him right now.
